Registration Acknowledgement
Your registration will be acknowledged electronically or via facsimile within a week of receipt of registration form. Registration fees will be calculated based on the date of the receipt of payment (not the date of receipt of the registration form).


Alterations
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations must be made in writing via:

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests must be sent to the Conference Secretariat in writing. Cancellations received by August 1, 2007 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $100.00. Registration fee refunds for cancellations received after August 31, 2007 will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Conference as long as the Secretariat is advised in writing.


On-site Registration
We encourage all delegates to register by June 10, 2007 and take advantage of the “Early-Bird Registration Rate”. If you have not registered by 31 August 2007 you will need to register on-site and pay on-site registration fee. On-Site registrants are not guaranteed Conference materials.


Letter of Invitation
The Conference Secretariat will be pleased to send an official letter of invitation upon request. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee to provide any financial support. Invitation Letters must be requested prior to June 15, 2007. The Conference Secretariat will email, fax and post invitation via the regular mail service.
